Changed your mind? No drama. We offer easy 7-day returns so you can shop with total confidence.
Our 7-day promise
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition — with tags attached and original packaging intact.
How to start a return
- Go to Track Your Order and select the order you'd like to return — or simply WhatsApp us at +91 8544701335.
- Tell us which items and the reason (wrong fit, changed mind, defective, etc.).
- We'll schedule a free reverse pickup from your address, or share a self-ship address if pickup isn't available in your area.
- Pack the item securely with tags and pop it back in the original bag.
Refund timelines
- Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 2 working days), we approve the refund.
- Prepaid orders are refunded to your original payment method in 5–7 working days.
- COD orders are refunded to your UPI ID or bank account — share the details and we'll process it in 5–7 working days.
- Prefer store credit? Choose a VELORA credit instead and we'll add it to your account instantly, often with a little bonus.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Request an exchange the same way — we'll ship the new piece as soon as the original is picked up, subject to availability.
What can't be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on:
- Innerwear, lingerie and bodysuits.
- Beauty, cosmetics and fragrance once opened or used.
- Pierced jewellery and earrings.
- Items marked Final Sale or bought with a clearance discount.
Received something faulty?
We're so sorry. Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery at hello@velora.com and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — pickup on us.
