About us

VELORA (벨로라) is a Gen-Z women's fashion label, designed in India. Founded by Rahul Negi & Dorje Dolker.

Orders & pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we dispatch your order.
• We may cancel an order for reasons such as items being out of stock, a pricing error, or suspected fraud — you'll be refunded in full if we do.

Payments

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, popular wallets and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. COD may carry a small handling fee shown at checkout.

Product accuracy

We work hard to show colours and details accurately, but slight variations can occur between your screen and the real product. Measurements are approximate — please check our size guide before ordering.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the VELORA name, logo, designs, photography and copy — belongs to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

Returns & refunds

Your purchase is covered by our Returns & Refunds policy and our Shipping policy, which form part of these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VELORA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of the city where VELORA is registered.
