Shipping Policy

We ship across India with love and care — and free delivery on orders over ₹1,499.

Shipping charges

• FREE shipping on all orders over ₹1,499.
• A flat ₹49 delivery fee applies to orders below that — but you'll usually unlock free shipping with just one more piece. 😉

Dispatch & delivery times

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed (working days).
• Delivery typically takes 4–7 days across India once dispatched.
• Metro cities are usually quicker; remote PIN codes may take a little longer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Not ready to pay online? COD is available on most pin codes and eligible orders. Pay the courier when your order arrives — cash or UPI on delivery. A small COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships we email and SMS you a tracking link. You can also follow it any time from Track Your Order. Live tracking updates kick in within a few hours of dispatch.

Delivery issues

If your parcel looks delayed, or a courier marks it delivered but you haven't received it, message us right away on WhatsApp at +91 8544701335 or email hello@velora.com — we'll chase it down for you.
